Secure Work, Wherever
Your Team Needs It.
Openbit configures and manages Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, virtual desktops, business phones and cloud backup as one secure work environment - so employees can collaborate without creating unmanaged access or hidden risk.
The Cloud Should Make Work Easier.
Not Harder to Control.
The platform is only the starting point. We turn it into a managed workplace with deliberate access, protected data, dependable recovery and clear administration.
Secure From the First Sign-In
Multi-factor authentication, restricted administrator roles, safer sign-in rules and intentional sharing settings reduce the chance that one compromised account becomes a business-wide incident.
Work From Anywhere, Safely
Employees reach email, files, applications and colleagues from the office, home or a client site through access your business controls - not personal accounts or improvised workarounds.
Keep Ownership of Your Data
Central administration defines who can see, share and retain information, and ensures files, mail and access are handled correctly when an employee changes roles or leaves.
Prepare for Recovery
Independent backup and restore planning protect the content inside your cloud services when deletion, corruption, ransomware or a configuration mistake affects business data.
One Environment for Communication,
Collaboration and Control.
We select, configure and manage the platforms that fit the way your team works - without layering on tools you do not need.
Microsoft 365
Email, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive - licensed for your actual headcount, configured against a security baseline and backed up independently of Microsoft.
Google Workspace
Gmail, Drive, Meet and Shared Drives on proper business plans, with safer administration, sharing and retention rules and independent backup.
Business Communications
Cloud calling, conferencing, call routing and voicemail that follow employees between locations while keeping business numbers and administration under company control.
Identity & Cloud Security
Access policies, administrator controls, monitoring and response that protect cloud accounts from takeover, misuse and unnoticed forwarding or sharing.
A Consistent Desktop.
From Almost Anywhere.
- Built around your applicationsA hosted environment shaped around the tools, data and performance requirements your team actually has.
- One familiar place to workEmployees reach the same controlled desktop from supported devices and approved locations.
- Centralized managementApplications, updates and access are administered consistently instead of maintained separately on every computer.
- Stronger data boundariesBusiness information stays inside a managed environment with restrictions on copying, downloading and external storage where appropriate.
A Careful Migration.
A Clear Monday Morning.
We map the current environment, plan dependencies and communicate what changes before moving email, files or applications. The goal is a controlled transition with support ready when employees sign in.
Assess
We map what you have now - mailboxes, shared drives, file servers, line-of-business applications - and identify what will not move cleanly before it turns into a surprise.
Plan
Licensing sized to real headcount, a security baseline agreed up front, and a cutover scheduled outside your working hours.
Migrate
Data moved and verified, accounts provisioned, devices enrolled. Mail flows to both systems during the transition so nothing gets lost in between.
Support
The first week is the noisy one. We stay close, resolve what surfaces and hand your team short guides covering what actually changed for them.
Before You Ask.
What owners raise most often before moving anything to the cloud.
Which should we use, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
It depends on how you already work. Google Workspace suits teams that live in a browser, collaborate on documents constantly and have few or no Windows servers. Microsoft 365 usually wins where there is Office file complexity, Windows device management to handle, or a compliance requirement that maps neatly onto Microsoft tooling. We will tell you which one fits your business rather than which one we would prefer to sell.
Can you move us from Google to Microsoft, or the other way?
Yes, in both directions. Mail, calendars, contacts and drive content migrate with their history intact. The real work is mapping shared drives and permissions correctly on the far side - that is where rushed migrations come apart.
Does Microsoft or Google back up our data?
Not the way most people assume. Both guarantee the availability of their service; the content inside it remains your responsibility under their shared responsibility models. Deleted mailboxes, corrupted files and ransomware that reaches OneDrive or Google Drive all need separate backup, which we include.
Will our email go down during a migration?
No. Mail flows to both the old and the new system throughout the transition, and the cutover happens outside business hours. Most teams notice a new sign-in prompt on Monday morning and very little else.
Are we paying for licenses we do not need?
Frequently, yes. Licensing is one of the first things we audit on either platform. Mixed tiers, active seats for people who left months ago, and duplicate products bought across Microsoft, Google and third-party vendors are all common findings.
Should we move everything to the cloud?
Not always. Some line-of-business applications genuinely run better and cost less on-premises. We tell you which parts of your environment benefit from moving and which are fine exactly where they are.
What about our phone system?
Cloud phones are usually the easiest win - lower monthly cost than traditional lines, and numbers that follow people off-site. It can move at the same time as email or entirely separately.
